Technical Requirements for Best Results!
1. Quality Sound System
If there are more than seventy-five people in attendance, a platform of at least 8x10 feet, one to two feet high is required.
*** For MAXIMUM RESULTS, Front Edge of stage or platform must be no more than ten (10) feet from the first row of the audience!
4. Seating If (for example) you have a room with 1,000 seats and feel that only 600-800 people will attend, I strongly recommend that you tape off the back sections. You can do this with a minimum of effort - take 3/4-1" masking tape and place it across the chairs and block the side entrance to the row. The closer the audience, the better the show.
5. Room Temperature
Room Temperature should be 65 degrees. This sounds cold, however, when the lights are on and people enter the room, you'd be surprised at how hot it can get. People fall asleep when the room is too warm!
6. Video
- Comedy Magic Show: One corded microphone on a straight mic stand with one line input for performer's CD player or CD playing capability.
- Speaking Presentation: One lavaliere microphone and one line input for CD player or CD playing capability. Also recommended is a back-up corded mic on a straight mic stand.
- Lighting must illuminate the entire area of performance stage or platform. For groups over five-hundred people, a spotlight with technician is recommended.
- One 110v power outlet or live extension cord near the front of the stage.

- Video Magnification is recommended for audiences over 500
- If the event is video taped (only with artist permission), Scott Francis requires a master copy of the taped performance on the original format.
Together - Let's knock their socks off!!!
